Chunky 18 karat yellow gold ring. Dimensions, 7,5 mm at the top, width of the band is approximately 2 to 3,4 mm. Size 51 but can be altered.
Natural bluish green sapphire 0,82 ct (6,25 x 5,36 x 3,21 mm) with GSI certificate, heated.
