Shipping
Shipping is free starting from a certain amount and depending the country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated below on the cart page. If you want to see your shipping rate: add the product to the cart, go to cart page and scroll down to 'Shipping Rate'.
It typically takes 3 to 5 weeks to craft your jewel. Everything is handmade and unique. Pieces that are gold-plated may take a bit longer due to the external partner. If you have requested customization with your order, the processing time begins once it's clear how the end product should look, including size, length, or choice of precious stones.

We typically use Bpost or PostNL for standard delivery with tracking. For express delivery, which usually arrives within 1 day or occasionally 2 days, you have the option of selecting Mikropakket or UPS. It's important to note that orders must first undergo processing. If an item is not currently in stock, it will need to be crafted before it can be shipped out.
NON-EU
For orders outside the EU: VAT is automatically deducted from the price, as you will have to pay it upon delivery in your country. Customs duties and taxes should be paid upon delivery.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days, the product must remain in its original state without any signs of wear. Please ensure all original packaging is included and in good condition. Provide enough filling in the box so that the packaging and the jewellery are not damaged. Returns will be denied if the item shows signs of wear or is poorly packaged.
Solid gold jewelry cannot be returned. Additionally, personalized items (such as engravings, initials, custom requests, etc.), sale items, and rings sized below 50 or above 56 are non-returnable. Rings made to size with a specific gemstone can not be returned. If the original shipping was free, the refund will be issued minus the shipping fee. Exchange
It is possible to make adjustments afterwards, such as resizing a ring. No additional costs will be charged for this, as it is part of the service to the customer. It is possible to exchange a non-bespoke collection piece for another piece of jewellery.
