All orders come with a free microfibre cloth.

Please take care of your jewellery as each piece is made by hand. After taking off your piece, gently rub it with a microfibre cloth to remove dirt and tarnish, which also prevents further tarnish buildup. Jewellery can react with air, pollution and damp. Please do not keep your jewellery in the bathroom for this reason but rather choose for a well-ventilated space.

Once in a while, a gentle dip bath for silver, vermeil or gold jewellery can be very helpful to maintain the shine of the jewellery and remove all dirt.

Material

All jewellery is handmade from recycled precious metals using the highest quality of sterling silver, 18 karat gold vermeil and 14 and 18 karat solid gold. The precious metal is purchased from a sustainable supplier in Antwerp and the Netherlands.

The sterling silver jewellery is standard not rhodiumplated as the pure colour of sterling silver underlines and strengthens the beauty of the handmade item. If you prefer your item to be rhodiumplated, please fill in the request box with your order and you will receive a quote.

Vermeil

Your jewel is made with a lot of care so you can cherish it as well. The 18 karat vermeil layer of the pieces is done by an expert business in Antwerp. The quality is indisputable, however, vermeil needs extra care. Please avoid water, cosmetics, sweat and chemicals. Put off your jewellery when taking a shower or bath, cleaning, swimming, going to bed or whatever can harm the vermeil. Remove your jewels when doing household tasks, do not keep them in a damp area such as the bathroom and put them on after putting on cosmetic products. Avoid contact with alcohol gel or hand cream. Avoid friction.

By right usage, you can keep enjoying your vermeil jewel for a long time. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for a new vermeil layer or questions on this matter.

Guarantee

All jewellery has a guarantee of two years in case of a production defect. After three months following your purchase, you will have to demonstrate that the matter was a hidden production defect. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents and improper use.
