Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or to violate applicable laws.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Charlien Lagrou. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time, including after payment, if the order appears to involve fraud, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

4. Payment Methods

For high-value or international orders, we reserve the right to accept payment exclusively via Shopify Payments / Shopify Pay to ensure secure transactions and reduce chargeback risk. Orders using other payment methods may be cancelled at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

For international orders, delivery is only accepted to verified residential or registered business addresses. Deliveries to hotels, holiday parks, serviced apartments, parcel forwarding services, or other temporary addresses are not accepted.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6.1 Standard Products

Customers within the EU may withdraw from the purchase of non-customized, standard products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6.2 Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewelry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Jewelry made specifically to order

  • Gold jewelry

  • Customised or personalised jewelry

  • Bespoke pieces requested specifically by the customer

By placing an order for bespoke or made-to-order jewelry, the customer acknowledges that the order is final and non-refundable.

7. High-Value & International Orders Policy

Certain high-value or international orders may be subject to additional verification, including:

  • Payment via Shopify Payments / Shopify Pay only

  • Shipping to residential or business addresses exclusively

  • Refusal of delivery to hotels, holiday parks, PO boxes, or temporary addresses

  • Requesting additional customer verification prior to dispatch

  • Cancellation and full refund if the order is deemed high-risk

These measures are applied for fraud prevention and chargeback protection only.

8. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate product information but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, text, and materials on this website are the property of Charlien Lagrou unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the site without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Interfere with site security or operation

We reserve the right to terminate access for prohibited activities.
